Palantir Surpasses Estimates with Stellar Q4 Earnings and AI-Driven Growth
Palantir Technologies Inc. delivered a blockbuster fourth quarter, reporting earnings of $0.25 per share and revenue of $1.41 billion—a 70% surge from the same period last year. Government contracts fueled $570 million of the total, while commercial deals contributed $507 million, both exceeding analyst expectations. Net income skyrocketed to $608 million, up from $79 million in 2025.
The company’s AI tools are in unprecedented demand, prompting CEO Alex Karp to declare these results "the best in tech over the past decade." Palantir has even curtailed sales to allies to prioritize U.S. needs, citing overwhelming domestic momentum. Fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of $7.18 billion to $7.20 billion dwarfs Wall Street’s $6.22 billion forecast.
